• Graduate of the arts program, Ryan started or played in every Warriors football game in his 5 years as quarterback.
• Led the Warriors to 5 straight top 10 CIAU rankings, 4 straight Yates Cup Championship games including championships in 1997 and 1999.
• OUA All Star in 1998, Ryan was also named the MVP of the 1997 Yates Cup game.
• Graduated from the Warriors with 3 impressive records:
• 4th leading scorer at Waterloo with 26 touchdowns
• 4th leading rusher at Waterloo with 2500 yds.
• 1st in passing at Waterloo with record in completions yardage and passing touchdowns.
• Team captain and a volunteer with the TEAM UP program.
• Draft choice of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the CFL.
