• In track, OWIAA All- Star and All-Canadian in 1997
• Captain cross country team for four years, track and field team for 3 years
• Led cross country term to OWIAA and CIAU titles in 1996
• A leading contributor to the 1997 CIAU bronze in track, winning 1 gold, 1 silver, and 2 bronze medals; Co- winner of team's MVR award
• Served on Inter-University Council for 3 years
