• Director of intramurals and Sports Information, 1966.
• First employee of the OUAA as Publicity and Public Relations Director.
• Pioneered sports information networks and protocols throughout Ontario and Canada.
• Founding member of ACUSID, the Association of Canadian University Sports Information Directors.
• Initiated the CIAU Top 10 rankings
• Founding member of the National Association of Basketball Coaches of Canada.
• Served on the University of Waterloo board of governors
• Served as President of the University of Waterloo Staff Association.
