Alumni & Donor Relationship
Enhanced networking and connection opportunities with donors and alumni. Creation of a platform to recognize and highlight contributions of donors and direct impact on the student-athlete experience. Community providing support for women in athletics with career advice and maintaining post-grad athletic connections.
Intersport Connections
Facilitate connection across different sports, particularly beneficial for intramural and lower-tier varsity sports. Allow female student-athletes to form valuable personal and professional connections within athletics.
Media and Marketing
Utilize social media through posts, newsletters, and article interviews to provide a platform for women in athletics to share their stories.
Networking, Education & Career Development
Create networking and educational opportunities for females in athletics through staff, student and alumni relations. Potential opportunity to open to faculty for broader networking outside of athletics. Highlight job opportunities and share success stories related to the benefit of sport in professional achievement.
Fundraising Potential
Potential for growth in fundraising efforts to support female athletes through evolving into a female-identifying scholarship opportunities for student athletes/trainers/managers. More focus on fundraising will be given following the inaugural year.
