• Graduated in Honours Co-op Recreation and Leisure Studies in 1982.
• Nancy was the first student to work all eight co-op terms in Athletics.
• Nancy was the first female referee for men's flag football.
• Began professional career at Seneca College co-ordinating the campus recreation and varsity programs.
• Completed her Master of Education in Psychology.
• Completed her Doctorate of Education in 2001.
At time of induction, Nancy managed a psychotherapy practice and was so-coordinator of the Therapy Center for training in focusing-oriented psychotherapy.
