• Finalist in four consecutive CIAU Track and Field Championships
• OWIAA Champion over 1000m in 1980-83 and the only individual qualifier for the first CIAU Indoor Track and Field Championships.
• CIAU Silver Medallist over 1000m in 1980-83
• Meet record over 600m at the University of Toronto Invitational, 1980-81.
• Member of OWIAA Silver Medallist Cross Country team in 1981.
• Member of OWIAA Bronze Medallist Cross Country team in 1982.
• Assistant coach of women's Cross Country and Track and Field teams between 1983-86.
• Winner of Mike Moser Memorial Award in 1983.
• Finalist for UW Athlete-of-the-Year in 1983.
• Graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1984 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Recreation and Leisure Studies).
