• Honours graduated in Kinesiology
• Member of the soccer team for 1 year, the rugby team for 2 years and the track team for 4 years.
• In Rugby, Heather was a two time All Canadian and an integral part of a team that won the OUA Silver medal and the first ever CIAU Bronze medal. She was named to the CIAU Tournament All Star team.
• In Track, Heather competed for four years at the CIAU's and amassed 10 OUA medals and 2 CIAU bronze medals in her career. During the 2000 OUA championship, Heather scored 34 of the teams total 97 points to lead the team to a third place medal and was named the OUA Track MVP at the championships.

• 1st in 200m
• 1st in 400m
