• member of the Warriors badminton team, 1978 - 1980
• helped the Warriors to the OUAA team championships in 1978, and was a member of the league Double's Championship team in both 1978 - 1979 and 1979 - 1980
• competed on Canada's National Team, winning the Canadian Doubles Championship in 1978, Championship Intermediate Mixed Championship in 1980, and the National Doubles title in 1982
• silver medalist in the 1982 Commonwealth Games, at the time tanked in the top 50 in the world
• presently, he is the North American Badminton Manager for Carleton Sports
• graduated in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree
