• Graduated from Waterloo in 1977 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology
• Judy was a member of the Athena Volleyball team from 1973-1977
• Athena’s Volleyball qualified for the OWIAA Provincials every year with Judy as the setter, finishing second for the four years
• Upon graduation from Waterloo, Judy headed to the University of Guelph to take the coaching reins helping the Gryphons make playoffs for the first time in many years under her guidance.
