• Four-time OUA Field Hockey all-star and three-time indoor hockey all-star
• Two-time first team Field Hockey CIS All-Canadian
• Julia was named Waterloo’s Most Valuable Player in the 2001 indoor season
• She led the Warriors to 2 gold, 4 silver, and 1 bronze medal at the OUA Field Hockey and Indoor Hockey Championships
• The Warriors made three trips to the CIS Championships claiming a silver and a bronze medal in Julia’s career
• Julia was named to the Tournament 11 all-star team for the 2002 CIS Championships
• Julia was a member Team Ontario from 1994-2001 and Canadian National junior team from 1999-2002
• Julia was a two-time Academic All-Canadian and graduated from the University of Waterloo in Recreation and Leisure Studies in 2003
