• 3rd year Engineering – Mechatronics student from Fredericton, New Brunswick
• Oleg won four gold medals at the 2008 OUA Championships in Toronto
• Oleg was named the Swimmer of the Meet at the 2008 OUA Championships
• Won a bronze medal in the 50m back event at the CIS Championships in Vancouver
• Oleg qualified for the Olympic Trials in Montreal
• Only lost four races in five months in which he competed during the 2007-2008 season
• Three-time Academic All-Canadian
• Currently holds two UW varsity records in the 50m back and 100m fly events and is second all-time in six other events
