• Member of Canadian track and field team from 1981-84.
• National Champion in the High Jump and Silver Medallist in the 100m Hurdles in 1991. • National Indoor Title in the 60m Hurdles in 1991.
• World Veterans Gold Medal Champion in High Jump and Silver Medals Champion in 100m Hurdles, Long Jump and Pole Vault in 1987.
• Competed in the Francophone Games (1989), the PanAm Games (1991), the World Championships (1991) and the Commonwealth Games (1993, 1994).
• Served in the elected position of Athletes Representative on the Athletics Canada Board of Directors.
• Graduated in 1983 with a Bachelor of mathematics (Computer Science, Co-op) Degree from UW.
• Graduated in 1991 with a Master of Business Administration (M.I.S. International Business) Degree from McGill University.
