• Member of the Warrior golf team from 1969-1974.
• Captain of the golf team in 1971, 1972 and 1973.
• Member of three provincial championship teams, capturing the OUAA Ruttan Cup in 1969, 1970 and 1972.
• Silver medallist at the McCall Cup in 1970 (the individual golf championship in the OUAA).
• Five-time team winner of the University of Waterloo's Invitational Golf Tournament between 1969 and 1973.
• Instrumental in helping to develop and launch the Jack Pearse Warrior Golf Endowment in 2000.
• Graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1974 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology.
