
Private Personal Training
Have you been thinking about working out, but don't know where to start? Do you already have a program, but maybe need a little change? Meet with a certified Personal Trainer to have them motivate you through your program.
If you are considering purchasing a 20-pack of sessions please note, we encourage you to complete these by the end of one term. This would mean you would plan to come in twice a week.
Group Training
Would you like to come into the gym but are nervous because you do not know anyone? Or perhaps you need a workout buddy to help motivate you on the days you just do not want to come in! A personal trainer can help you and your friends get started on health and performance goals.
The following lists private and group training packages available. Note the cost for the group training sessions are per person, for example, if a group of 3 pay for a 5 pack they will be paying $123 each (a 30% discount off the private training rates).
Note: If you sign up for group training, it is mandatory that all participants attend each personal training session as they are meant to be done as a group!

Virtual Personal Training
Virtual personal training is designed for individuals who have a basic understanding of exercise form but require assistance with programming and staying accountable. You will begin with a consultation with your personal trainer, who will then create a customized 4-week program tailored to your needs. The trainer will also spend time reviewing the program with you.
We offer two virtual personal training packages. Please see the details below.
Programming Only
Cost: $85.00
You will have 3 interactions with your personal trainer:
- 30-minute consultation to discuss your goals and complete a movement assessment
- 30-minute session to review your personalized program
- 15-minute follow-up (end of week 4)
Programming + Weekly Check-Ins
Cost: $115
You will have 6 interactions with your personal trainer:
- 30-minute consultation to discuss your goals and complete a movement assessment
- 30-minute session to review your personalized program
- 3 x 15-minute weekly check-in for accountability (end of week 1,2 and 3)
- 15-minute follow-up consultation (end of week 4)

Nutrition Services
Our Nutrition Program is designed to help you achieve your health and wellness goals through personalized, science-based guidance. We provide tools and support to create lasting change and take the stress out of eating.

- Personalized Nutrition Guide: Customized to your goals, preferences, and dietary needs.
- Nutrition Coaching: One-on-one support to educate, motivate, and keep you accountable.

FREE Fitness Centre Tour
Our free try-it tours offer a small group tour led by a personal trainer, who will show you the PAC fitness center and the wide variety of equipment available to introduce you into the gym setting! We recommend that you wear athletic clothing and running shoes, as you would also test out some of our brand new machines to get a feel for what you like best. This is also the perfect time to ask the trainer many questions you may have about the facility or any of our programs.
When: Monday's 12:00-1:00pm from September 8th-November 24th
