Fifteen members of the Warrior swim team travelled to Victoria for the 2023 U SPORTS Swimming Championship last weekend. After a very competitive 3 days of competition, the Warrior men achieved their goal of being ranked nationally with a Top 10 ranking of 9th place with 207 points and individual silver and bronze medals. The women maintained their 15th place National ranking with 96 points.
Warriors finished the meet with 2 Podium finishes, 18 Lifetime Personal Best, 4 Team records, and 4 New Trials Qualifiers.
Alex Boden (Dundas/) won silver in the 200m Butterfly and Lukas Wormald (Kitchener/) won bronze in the 50m butterfly, the first Warriors to win medals at the national level in 13 years.
