Warriors top Laurier for Gold Cup

The Waterloo men's golf team won their third Battle of Waterloo 'Gold Cup' in the last five years beating out the Laurier Golden Hawks by a slim margin of 280 to 283.

Eight golfers from each team competed in the best ball competition. Competing for the Black and Gold were Captains Jake Adams (London) and Dan Wilson, Sam Kreze (Kitchener), Phil Martin (Ottawa), Tyson Turchanaski, Isaac Maxwell, Will McNally (Moncton), and David French (Camlachie).

The Warriors next tournament comes on Sunday when they travel to the Sawmill Golf Club for the Brock Invitational.
