Ed Cyr (Minden, Ont.), a third year student on the men’s curling team put forth an outstanding weekend of curling as his Waterloo Warriors captured the Laurier event at the KW Granite Club.  Cyr’s outstanding percentage play in this pre-championship event was topped with a perfect performance in the semifinal game against UOIT where Cyr posted a perfect game of curling with 100%.  The mechanical engineering student has averaged over 83% on the year leading his team to an impressive 11-1-1 record in pre-championship play.
