Second year point guard Simon Petrov (Waterloo, Ont.) played a big factor in Waterloo’s first two wins of the season, tallying 45 points in those contests. On Friday, Petrov had 18 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists in a 87-75 win over Queen’s. The following night Petrov topped his Friday performance with a game high 27 points and six assists as the Warriors took out the York Lions 77-66.
