2024-2025 Curling Open Tryouts – September 24
Open tryouts for Men's and Women's curling are coming up this fall!
Tryouts will be a single evening at the KW Granite Club from 6:00pm – 10:00pm.
We'll be on the ice from roughly 6:00pm – 7:30pm for drills and skill assessment, take a short break, then conclude with game play from about 8:00pm – 10:00pm. Curlers should bring their own snacks as required for refuelling.

All curlers will also have a 15-minute interview over Zoom with the coaching team to get to know each other and discuss the commitment required for the season. Please contact Head Coach Bridget Arnold curlingcoachbridget@gmail.com to book your interview.
Tryout Details
Registration
Before trying out you'll need to register through the UW online portal You must register to be eligible to tryout.
For troubleshooting, please reach out to Sport Management Admin at athcpmg@uwaterloo.ca
There will not be an option to register during tryouts – no one can show up to tryouts without registering – everyone must be registered in advance.

On-Ice Tryout Information

Locker rooms will be available for you to change. Please be prepared with all appropriate on-ice clothing and equipment.
