The Waterloo Warriors rowing team put on an impressive performance at the Brock Invitational in St. Catharines, battling through less-than-ideal weather conditions. Despite wind delays and tough rowing circumstances, the Warriors thrived, securing multiple podium finishes.
Among the highlights:
- Leon Domagalski (Warsaw, Poland)Â powered his way to a silver medal in the M1X category.
- The LWM2X crew also clinched silver, with the Novice Women's 8+ matching that achievement.
- Elias Fiddick (Orillia)Â claimed a bronze medal in the LWM1X.
- Additional bronze finishes came from the M2X, Novice Mixed 4+, and LWM4+ crews.
The team's dedication and hard work were on full display as they persevered despite the wind challenges. With this momentum, the Warriors will take a break during reading week before gearing up for the OUA Championships, also in St. Catharines on October 26th.
