Warriors men's soccer is excited to announce high profile GK Eric De Piero (Kleinburg, ON) as their second recruit of 2023. Eric is a top quality keeper and has played for TFC Academy for approximately 8 years and most recently moved to Vaughan Soccer Club to play in their League 1 program.

"We were impressed by Eric's soccer resume and when he attended our recruit camps we got to see his quality up close, needless to say we monitored his progress over the last 18 months. We are very happy he chose to become a Warrior. His timing is great as two of our senior keepers just graduated", said head coach Mark Worton.

"I am very excited to become a Warrior! Waterloo is the perfect place for me to develop as a student and as an athlete. Throughout my time, I look forward to helping the Warriors compete at the highest level", commented De Piero.
