The Warriors wim teams had an incredible weekend in the pool at the 2022 OUA Championship hosted by Toronto with the men's team coming away with the team silver while the women's team finished in fifth.
The final session was an extremely close battle with the Western Mustangs in the men's section as the Warriors started the day with a disqualification in the first relay which meant a loss of 36 points, however the men rallied back, finishing higher than their pre-seed heading into the championship to end up second overall.

"I am extremely proud of our Warriors swimmer this weekend," said head coach Jacky Beckford-Henriques. "After two years away from a championship event, I felt our athletes competed at their highest level coming away with many outstanding individual performances."
Eloise Ladyman (Kamloops/) wrapped up her incredible career with the Warriors with 3 bronze medals while receiving an
Award of Distinction, medalling at all four of the OUA Championship events she competed in.
