The Warriors swim team competed in the first Stratten Divisional Championships in three seasons hosted by Toronto, and put together some outstanding results.
Lukas Wormald (Kitchener/) was the top performer winning two silver medals while breaking his own Warrior record in the 50m Freestyle with a time of 22:67.Â

Lukas Wormald (Kitchener/) established a new Warrior record in the 4 x 50 Freestyle Relay 1:32:59 beating the old record set in 2017 by Alex Lojko,Danyon Chu,Jon Ramkissoon and Aidan Chow.
Top Scorer in the Women after Day 1 was rookie
Megan Frost (Point Claire/) with 25 points with PB swims in the 200m and 800m swims.Â
On Day 2 the men's team finished in third place in a very close battle with Western University and the women finished in fourth which was a much-improved team performance.

Lukas Wormald (Kitchener/) was outstanding on Day 2, winning the 50m Butterfly in 24:46 finishing the meet with a total of 69 points while also having a super-fast 49:59 split on the final leg of the 4 x 100 Freestyle relay.
Aidan Iapicco (St. Catherines/) finished rhird in the 1500 Freestyle in a time of 16:18:82 maintaining a top 3 finish in the OUA from February this year.
In the relays the Warrior men continued their medal trend from the first day, with the team of

Jake Gu (Markham/),
Alex Boden (Dundas/), and Raymond Yang placing third in the 4x50 Medley Relay in a time of 1:43:95. In the 400 Freestyle relay,
Raymond Duong (Markham/),
Alex Boden (Dundas/), Devon Miller Junk, and
Lukas Wormald (Kitchener/) were just off the UW team record in a time of 3:26:91.

In the women the highlight of Day 2 was
Kaelyn Kelly's (Thornton/) improvement of 1.04 seconds to qualify for the U SPORTS Championship next February in the 50m Breaststroke placing fourth. The relays were extremely exciting with the Women placing third in the 4x50m Medley Relay -
