Bean Bonanza!

BEAN BONANZA!

Ingredients
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can mixed beans
2 medium sized peppers (green/orange/yellow)
2 medium sized cucumbers
Olive oil
White wine vinegar
Salt & Pepper










Beans


Drain all the beans in the strainer and rinse till all the goop is off.
 
Chop up cucumbers and peppers then add the olive oil, white wine vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.

Toss it all together and mix!
