Free personal trainer week: Feb. 23-27

Warrior Recreation will be holding a free personal trainer week from February 23-27.  There are 10 free sessions available and registration is from Feb. 11-12 with the winners picked at random on Feb. 13.  Register today by emailing athlcond@uwaterloo.ca.  Sessions will be 1.5 hours and include an assessment and beginner program.
