Biography

Tyler is a 6’1” 205lbs right shot forward from Calgary, AB who has played one season with the Warriors where in 32 games he scored 13 goals and added 16 assists. Tyler played the 2008-09 on scholarship with the University Anchorage-Alaska (NCAA) where he played 36 games and earned 1 goal, 8 assists, and 20 PIMS. In the previous three seasons he played in the Alberta Junior A Hockey League (AJHL) where he was an assistant captain with the Drumheller Dragons and captained the Drayton Valley Thunder. In 2007-08 he led Drumheller in scoring with 26 goals and 49 assists in 54 games. In 2006-07 he was named Drayton Valley’s Most Improved Player and Top Defensive player. In his three seasons in the AJHL Tyler played a total of 145 games and scored 42 goals, added 79 assists and 333 PIMS. Tyler is studying in the Kinesiology program.
