Coach Marcus is set to return for his 2nd season as the Warriors Defensive Backs coach. Marcus has been the head coach of the Burlington Stampeders senior varsity program for 4 years and was the JV head coach prior to that. 

In 2019, Marcus served as the defensive backs coach for the CJFL’s Hamilton Hurricanes. Prior to that he was defensive coordinator/DB coach for three seasons at Assumption Catholic Secondary in Burlington. He also coached in the inaugural season at Football North as their Special Teams coordinator and DB coach.

Marcus Noël comes from Burlington, ON and started his collegiate football career at Saint Mary's University where he was part of 3 straight Vanier Cup teams between 2001-2003, winning 2 national championships ('01 & '02). Marcus finished his university football career & second degree from Bishop's University in Sherbrooke, QC.
