There are two main reasons we are making the switch to a new platform:

1. The old software (FusionIM) is no longer being supported and thus has some technical issues preventing the smooth running of all intramural leagues
2. Access through a mobile app is more accessible, faster, and easier to communicate to team members, captains, and league staff

While we understand that change may be difficult, we believe this is the best direction to provide all intramural participants with a positive experience! 

1. Go to the Member Portal Here
2. "Sign In" at the top right by clicking on "WATIAM USERS". An account has already been created for you. If you have accidentally created a new account, please email warriorsinfo@uwaterloo.ca  
3. Enter your WatIAM username and password
4. Click your initials/username in the top right and select "Profile"
5. The FIRST email address listed here will be your Primary Email
6. After downloading the FusionPlay app, log in using the above email and your WatIAM password

1. Go to the Registration List and select which team you would like to register for. You will be directed to the Member Portal to "Sign In" at the top right by clicking on "WATIAM USERS"
2. If you would like to register a team in more than one sport, you can search intramural on the Membership Page of all available recreation memberships (Intramural [SPORT] Team Captain) and select the appropriate sport or go back to the quick Team Registration Links.
3. Complete all the required prompts 
4. Select "Checkout" to complete the registration and process payment.
5. Receive the confirmation email and you can now create your team in the app! 
   1. Please note it may take a few minutes to fully update
6. Log into the already downloaded FusionPlay app and follow the guide in the How-To videos to create your team

Registration for individuals or small groups who do not have enough members to form a complete team has not changed.

1. From the Member Portal Here, select the Intramurals Icon
2. Select "Register as an Individual"
3. Select the sport you wish to register for and your desired skill level and select "Register"
4. Complete all the required prompts 
5. Select "Checkout" to complete the registration and receive the confirmation email 
6. You will be contacted on or before the indicated date

Unfortunately, due to limitation in the system, roster members are unable to be added until after the Captain's Meeting on Monday, January 13th. An email or notification through FusionPlay will be sent out when you are able to add roster members. While ideally all or most of your team members are on the roster prior to the first game, you can add members to the roster at the first game and it will instantly update! Though it is recommend to do so earlier as it may cause delays to starting the game.

Once your team's schedule is confirmed, it will be added to the app. You can view all of this information directly on the app as well as team rosters and much more!
