The Lions responded in the second set, stepping up their play and limiting errors to just one. York's disciplined approach paid off, allowing them to take the set 25-20 and level the match.

Undeterred, the Warriors regained their rhythm in the third set, delivering a confident 25-19 win with only one error. The team showcased offensive efficiency with 14 kills on 26 attacks, highlighting their precision at the net.

In the fourth set, Waterloo sealed the match with a 25-17 victory, claiming the game 3-1.

The Warriors' offensive depth was on full display, with Rachael Meilikhan (Toronto), Avery Kelly (Calgary), and Sydney DeGraauw (Pickering) each racking up impressive kill counts.
