Incoming rookie, Megan Frost will be departing this Thursday to represent Canada at the FINA Junior World Open Water Championships in Beau Vallon, Seychelles, where she will compete in the 10K event .

Megan had her first experience of International Swimming when she represented Canada in the 2022 FINA Marathon Swim World series at Lac Megantic on August 27 placing 13^th in a time of 2:14:22:78.

This will be a great opportunity to compete against some of the Top Open Water Junior Swimmers in the world.
