During these uncertain times it is important we take care of our own mental and physical health. This means taking time in our day to be physically active to relieve stress during the COVID-19 pandemic. Staying physically active while we continue to practice social distancing will allow our bodies and mind to stay healthy and happy.
"It is vitally important that everyone finds a way to keep their mind and body moving during this time of isolation," said director of athletics and recreation, Roly Webster. "Although we are unable to be together in an active setting right now, providing a tool for our students and community to take care of their wellness is a to priority of our department right now. We encourage all to take part."
"All of our trainers are certified and ready to deliver quality workouts," said coordinator of strength and conditioning, Stacey Majaury. "Your level of fitness doesn't matter or if you have ever participated in the particular class being offered, what matters the most is you take some time for yourself to be physically active."
Warrior Recreation is pleased to offer online workouts Monday to Friday, three times a day at 10:30am, 3:00pm and 8:00pm. The schedule is subject to change as we continue to confirm instructors for each session.

- Take breaks from watching, reading, or listening to news stories, including social media.
- Take care of your body. Take deep breaths, stretch, or meditate.
- Try to eat healthy, well-balanced meals, exercise regularly, get plenty of sleep, and avoid alcohol and drugs.
- Make time to unwind. Try to do some other activities you enjoy.
- Connect with others over video apps/text. Talk with people you trust about your concerns and how you are feeling.
