The Warriors fell to Brock and McMaster on the weekend to wrap up their fall term. On Friday night in their Think Pink game with Brock the Warriors fell to the Badgers by a score of 3-1 and then dropped a straight sets match to McMaster the following night in Hamilton.
Deman Dulat (Mississauga/) led the way on Friday night with 10.5 points on eight kills and two service aces while adding one block.
Joel Semplonius (Newcastle/) was right behind Dulat with nine kills and one service ace.
Andrew Smondulak (Mississauga/) had seven kills while rookie
Issac Nesbitt (Wakefield/) continued to impress with more playing time, putting down six kills while having a team high four blocks.
Colm Guyn (Lethbridge/) finished with 32 assists and had the most digs at seven.
On Saturday night against a always challenging Mac team, Waterloo played their entire squad to get everyone some experience against a top squad.
Issac Nesbitt (Wakefield/)Â led the way with 8.5 points earning four kills and an impressive five blocks.
Nolan Spencer (Kitchener/) and
Matthew Mawdsley (London/) each had three kills in the loss.
Waterloo will now use the holiday break to regroup and refocus for a busy second half that gets underway on January 11 at York.Â
