Waterloo and Windsor had a scrappy affair on Saturday at Warrior Field but neither team could find the back of the net as they would play to a 0-0 draw.
Florian Bruckeder (Waterloo/) received a red card in the 76th minute giving Windsor the advantage but Waterloo tightened up their defence and
Matt Papadopoulos (Kitchener)Â made several big saves down the stretch to preserve the tie.
It was Waterloo's first draw of the season as they saw their record move to 6-4-1. The Warriors are still comfortably in third spot in the OUA West with 19 points, four points ahead of McMaster, Western and Windsor.
The black and gold will take on Laurier in their next match on Wednesday at Warrior Field. They hope to sweep the Battle of Waterloo series after defeating the Golden Hawks 3-1 on September 8.Â
