After a heartbreaking loss in the U SPORTS semifinals to the Winnipeg Wesmen, Waterloo was unable to bounce back in the bronze medal match against UNB, falling by a score of 7-5.
Despite coming away empty handed, the Warriors should be extremely proud of their efforts at the national tournament, finishing on top of the pool play standings, including a win over the eventual gold medal winners, Alberta.
