Warriors use tri-meet to prepare for Division Championships

The Warriors hosted Ottawa and Laurier in a tri-meet at the PAC in preparation for the DeBray Divisional Championships today at Brock.

The Warriors won six events; Josie Andres (Thorndale/) was outstanding winning the 50 Freestyle in a personal best of 24.59 just missing the pool record of 24.11.

First year Eloise Ladyman (Kamloops/) continued her dominance in the Backstroke events winning the 100 and 200 back in a time of 1.00.29 and 2.11.93.

The 100 Breast stroke went to veteran Jon Ramkissoon in 57.74 who was three seconds ahead of teammate first year Mark Huang (Richmond Hill/) who placed second in 1.00.85.

Danyon Chu (Unionville/) got his hand to the wall first in the 50 Freestyle in 22.34.  

Laura Bumbulis (Cambridge/)  continues to improve in each meet winning the 200 IM in 2.15.36.

The Warriors will look to swim fast today at the Divisional Champs as the men's team look for their fourth straight title.
