The Waterloo Warriors women's rugby team will begin their 2014 training camp on Sunday, August 24 at the Columbia Icefield on the North Campus of the University of Waterloo.

Please find below information for students trying out for varsity teams that require accommodations in advance of Residence and off-campus housing being available.

Below is the link to the Conference Centre online reservation form. Each student should enter the phrase "UW Varsity Tryouts" in the first field on the form called Conference/Event Name. The students will be required to make a $50.00 deposit at the time of booking in order to secure the reservation. This $50.00 is fully refundable as long as the reservation is cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival. Otherwise the deposit is credited toward the guest's account and the remaining balance is due upon check in.

Accommodation Information
The Conference Centre, located in Ron Eydt Village includes single and double rooms.  Each floor consists of 24 rooms with 2 large washrooms per floor (1 male and 1 female) along with a common lounge for after-hours networking.  Guests are welcome to use the weight room, TV lounge and games area all located in the Ron Eydt Village.

Room Rates
Our regular room rate is $52.00/night + HST for a single room. UW Varsity Tryouts guests will receive a special rate of $38.50/night + HST for a single room. Every seventh night is free for our long term guests.

It is very important to note that the Conference Centre will close on August 29th and all guests must vacate their rooms prior to 9am. First year students that have a reservation with housing to live in residence for the fall term will be able to transition from the Conference Centre room to the dorm room on August 29^th
