Box Score The Waterloo Warriors wasted an incredible effort by rookie point guard
Myles Charvis (Mississagua/) in their 80-72 loss to Guelph on Wednesday night. Charvis posted a career high 35 points playing the entire game.
Charvis could not be stopped going 13-for-21 from the field including six from downtown. Bridge was the only other Warrior in double digits with 12.
Guelph shot just under 50% as a team and out rebounded the Warriors 42-32 to sweep the two game season series.
The loss is another big hit to Waterloo's playoff hopes with their 3-16 record and with only three games remaining the Warriors will need to win-out and get help from their OUA west competitors.
Waterloo will be back on the court this Saturday as part of Fantastic Alumni, Faculty and Staff Day at 2pm versus Western.
