Game Summary
The Warriors struggles at home continued as they fell to the Windsor Lancers by a score of 3-1 in a tight affair on Sunday afternoon as the Waterloo Think Pink weekend wrapped up at the CIF arena.
Waterloo is now 1-6-0 at home on the season following the loss to the Lancers who improved to 7-5-1 on the season, good for fourth place in the OUA standings. The black and gold remain in the seventh spot with 11 points in 14 games played.
Manon Davis (Sudbury, Ont.) opened the scoring only 19 seconds into the contest as she found the back of the past Waterloo starting goalie
Martina Michaud (Etobicoke/). Captain Candace Rapchak picked up an assist on the goal for her 17
th point of the season putting her in third in OUA scoring.
Alyssa Baldin (Windsor, Ont.) would add to Windsor's lead eight minutes later on the power play for her 10
th goal of the season with Rapchak picking up another assist on the goal. Tania Mills of Barrie, Ont., added the second assist on the Baldin marker.

Ona Mezenberg (Owen Sound/) found the net for the third time this season past Lancers goalie Karlyle Robinson (St. Catharines, Ont.).
Lindsey Ceaser (Owen Sound/) was awarded the lone assist on the goal.
Windsor took over the offensive pressure in the third period and minimized Waterloo's shots to only six. Courtney Spoors (Kingsville, Ont.) added an empty netter to seal the 3-1 victory for the Lancers.
Robinson stopped 21 of 22 shots for the win while Michaud was busy turning aside 35 of 37 shots in the loss.
Waterloo take to the ice next Sunday against the Brock Badgers at home for their final game before the Christmas break. Game time is set for 2pm at the Columbia Icefield Arena.
