Third year middle Kristen Sheffield (North Bay, Ont.) put together an incredible game of volleyball on Friday night as the Waterloo Warriors defeated the Guelph Gryphons 3-1.  Sheffield led all players with 15 kills while serving up three aces.  Defensively Sheffield was just as strong earning three blocks and digging the ball eight times in the four set victory.
