Women’s golfer Devon Rizzo (Brantford, Ont.) continued where she left off last season with a second place finish at the Western Invitational played at the St. Thomas Golf Club. The second year engineering student shot a four-over, 76 to claim the silver medal, only two strokes behind the champion Christine Fraser of Guelph. Rizzo has fond memories of this tournament where she shot the OUA record, two-under last season.
