MALE – Ben Tinklin – Baseball

Third year catcher Ben Tinklin (Kitchener, Ont.) had a weekend for the ages on the diamond for the Warriors this past weekend as Waterloo went 4-0 sweeping both Brock and McMaster. Tinklin was 5 for 13 at the plate for a .385 average and a .529 on-base percentage. Included in his five hits were two home runs (including a grand slam against Brock) and 10 RBI with six runs scored. Tinklin now has three home runs and 16 RBI on the season which puts him tied for first in the OUA.  The recreation and leisure student had helped his team win six straight games and eight of their last 10.
