Second year kinesiology student Kristen Flanagan (Kitchener, Ont.) had a strong showing in the opening weekend of the Warriors cross country season at the Queen’s Invitational in Kingston. Flanagan continued where she left off last season with a second place finish at this year’s event with a time of 18:14 in the 5km event. Flanagan will aim for another strong finish at the Western International event next weekend in London where she finished 12^th overall in a very competitive field last year.
