Rookie outsider hitter Nolan Spencer (Kitchener, Ont.) put together a solid weekend in his debut on home court with the black and gold. Spencer totaled 25 kills, three service aces and four blocks as Waterloo went 1-1 in matches with Windsor and Western. Spencer played a big part in Waterloo’s first win of the season on Sunday as the Warriors got past Western in five sets.
