To say Claire Konning had a hot start to the 2018 OUA golf season would be a massive understatement. The fourth year golfer was lights out winning two individual gold medals and one bronze while leading her team to medal of each colour in the three tournaments played. At the Western Invitational, Konning won the bronze with a score of 82 at the tough St. Thomas Golf and Country Club. Konning followed that up with back-to-back golds at the Carleton and Queen’s Invitational’s including a score of two-under to wrap up a tremendous week on the links.
