After missing last season, Angela MacDonald (Kitchener, Ont.) looks poised to step up as a leader for the women’s hockey program this year.  MacDonald had a strong opening weekend for the black and gold potting two goals including the game tying goal early in the third period before firing home the game winner in overtime as Waterloo got past Laurier 3-2 on Saturday evening.
