Rookie sensation Kristen Flanagan was one of two Warrior representatives at the 2010 CIS Championships hosted by Sherbrooke.  The kinesiology student finished 40^th in a field of a 130 runners and was the fifth fastest rookie.  Kristen went out hard in the early going inserting herself in the top 15, on the verge of second team all-Canadian status, fought off challengers for much of the race, remaining in the top 20, before finally running out of gas on the final hill and slipping back a number of spots. She regained her legs with a furious push over the last 500m to take back a number of spots to finish in 40^th.
