Sammie Gwozdz (Waterloo, Ont.) was a bright spot for Warriors volleyball on the weekend as they lost in straight sets to Western (19-25, 18-25, 19-25) and Windsor (19-25, 22-25, 15-25). The 1^st year left side collectively had 12 kills and 12 digs and was a strong presence for the black and gold. The Arts major has been a welcome addition to the team and her play on both sides of the ball will continue to be relied on through much of this season.
