Third year guard Jaspreet Gill (Oliver, BC) of the men’s basketball team strung together three solid games posting 70 points as the Warriors went 2-1 in competition with Toronto and Lakehead.  In Waterloo’s 86-80 win over Toronto, Gill led the way with 31 points including five 3-pointers to lift the Warriors to their first win of the season.  Gill continued the hot hand into the weekend in a pair of games with Lakehead netting 39 more points as the Warriors split the series to improve to 2-1 in the New Year.
