Rookie keeper Morgan Berg (Kitchener, Ont.) was once again stellar for the black and gold posting back-to-back shutouts while making 15 stops as Waterloo went 1-0-1 in road games against Laurier and Western. In the Battle of Waterloo on Saturday, Berg stopped all six shots faced as the Warriors got by the Hawks 1-nil. On Sunday, Berg was a key reason why the Warriors picked up an impressive 0-0 tie against the No. 8 team in the country Western, turning aside all nine shots faced.
