Do you have what it takes to be the Ultimate Warrior?

All you have to do is show your Black and Gold spirit at 1 of 5 qualifying events at upcoming varsity games to win awesome Waterloo gear donated by the Waterloo Store and earn a chance to be crowned the Ultimate Warrior and take home a $2000 trip voucher.

Qualifier #3	Wednesday, January 14	8:00pm	Men's Basketball vs. Windsor	PAC Gym
Qualifier #4	Saturday, January 24	6:30pm	Men's Hockey vs. Guelph	CIF Arena
Qualifier #5	Saturday, January 31	6:00pm	Women's Volleyball vs. McMaster	PAC Gym
Final Event	Saturday, January 31	8:00pm	Men's Volleyball vs. McMaster	PAC Gym

Other Ways to Qualify:

SOCIAL MEDIA WILD CARD:
Take a photo on any Black and Gold Friday during the campaign (Jan. 16, Jan. 23, Jan. 30) with King Warrior and share on Instagram or Twitter using #UltWarrior for a chance to be entered into the random draw. One lucky contestant will be drawn at random at 4:00pm on Friday, January 30^th and will be named our Social Media Qualifer for the finale on Saturday, January 31^st. Keep an eye out for hints on twitter as to where you will be able to find King Warrior on January 16, 23 and 30^th.

RULES:
- Must be a full time University of Waterloo student with a valid Watcard (on term co-op students can participate)
- Must be dressed in black and gold in order to be selected for the qualifier
- Must be available for the final event (no rescheduling or swapping with a friend)
 - If for some reason the winner of a qualifier is unavailable for the final event after they have already won their qualifier, then the runner up will automatically advance
- The winner be decided by the Athletics’ officials - once the decision has been made, it will be the final decision
- One wild card will be selected in advance via social media pages based on the above social media wild card description.
-4 people will be chosen for each qualifying round with the opportunity for one person to advance during each game
-If you win, you clinch a spot automatically in the finals on January 31st during the Men’s Volleyball game at 8pm
-If you go to a game and get picked for a QUALIFYING EVENT and DON'T WIN, then you can try again at one of the other Ultimate Warrior Qualifying events!

- $2000 Travel Voucher to be redeemed at Merit Travel in University Plaza.
- No Expiry date
- No limitations on destination
- No Cash Value

GUIDELINES (what we're looking for in the Ultimate Warrior)
- Lots of black and gold clothing
- Loads of spirit with lots of cheering
- Ambassador of Warrior Athletics - the ULTIMATE fan!
- Encourage peers to show a lot of enthusiasm and cheer on the Warriors
- Spread school spirit campus wide (bringing others out to the games)
